Space & Setup

• Vendor spaces are 10x10 feet.

• Vendors must bring their own setup, including tables, tents, displays, chairs, etc.

• No electricity is provided unless previously arranged.

• Setup instructions and assigned load-in times will be emailed prior to the event.

Event Timing

• All vendors must be fully set up at least 30 minutes before the event starts.

• SET UP TIME IS 8AM-9:30AM

• Takedown may only begin after the event ends OR IF SOLD OUT, unless instructed otherwise by event staff.

Sales & Fees

• Vendors retain 100% of their sales.

• Vendor fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

• All applicable local/state taxes are the vendor’s responsibility.

Parking & Load-in

• Free vendor parking will be provided.

• Detailed parking and load-in info will be included in your welcome email.

 Conduct & Compliance

• Vendors must conduct business in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

• No selling of illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized goods.

• No amplified music at booths without prior approval.

• Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area after the event.
