Hours of Operation:
- Friday, May 30: 5pm - 10pm
- Saturday, May 31: 12pm - 10pm
- Sunday, June 1: 12pm - 9pm
Booths are only available to LGBA Members.
You will be assigned a designated 10'x10' booth space area. You will need to bring your own pop-up tent if you require one, and all other supplies needed for your booth. Booth must remain operaitonal during all Carnival hours.
An electrical hook-up will be provided, but there will be NO extra extension cords for you to borrow.
Booth must be fully stocked and operational by 4:30pm on Friday. Booths will be inspected by village inspector prior to opening.
There is no access to potable water, but a hydrant is nearby for non-potable water.
No alchololic beverages may be sold out of your booth at any time.
No grease is allowed to be poured on the group or down any drains. Vendors and responsible for all environmental cleanup. Vendors are responsible to collect and properly bag trash wihtin your booth and to dispose of trash in a designated area.
There is no overnight security. The Village of La Grange and the La Grange Business Association will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Food vendors must comply with all health code ordinances and laws. Vendors will be inspected prior to carnival opening.
The La Grange Business Association requires all food vendors to have a Certificate of Insurance (COI). The COI should include the following:
- $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability for occurances
- $1,000,000 Automobile Liability for Hired Autos and Non-Owned Autos only
- $1,000,000 Umbrella Liability by occurances
- The Village of La Grange and La Grange Business Association must be listed as the certificate holders
