Once your application, photographs and booth space request are received, they will be reviewed by the curator. You will be notified of your status and will have until June 16, 2025 to submit your payment for booth space and any amenities you may require.
All correspondence will be sent via EVENTENY. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application and selecting your booth preference, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Monday and Tuesday, September 1st and 2nd, 2025--TIME TBD.Exhibitors and/or booth partners must check-in in person, with a PHOTO ID, and personally attend the 4-day show. Exhibitors cannot sub-lease assigned booths or employ sales agents or representatives in lieu of checking in and attending the Festival personally. Exhibitors MUST check-in during official check-in times. Exhibitors not checked in by deadline of Wednesday, September 3rd at 5 p.m. will forfeit their exhibition space and all fees. Additional check-in and set-up information will be sent once approved.

PRODUCT & EXHIBIT:
Vintage Village exhibitors must have 90% Antiques, Vintage, repurposed merchandise--10% may be new, unique items. Antiques: Antiques are items that must be at least 100 years old. Vintage: We are excepting Vintage goods of Home and Garden Decor that is pre-1980. Repurposed: An item which is used for something different than it was created for. New, Unique: Prefer items that are not common-place and crafted by you. Items packaged and made in other countries is not acceptable. Vintage inspired jewelry, clothing and accessories: These items must be designed and crafted by the exhibitor. All items for purchase must have been curated by the exhibitor. If you have questions about any of your items meeting the criteria ask before submitting your application. You may submit photographs in the messaging section of this platform. Festival Management will prohibit the installation and operation of any exhibits not meeting their approval. Exhibitors must prepare enough stock for the four-day festival. All articles and display must be in good taste without reference to race, ethnic, gender, sexual or religious prejudice. No obscene items will be allowed. "Discount" "Marked Down" "Reduced" types of signage are NOT permitted during the Festival. Verbal bargaining is always allowed. Collecting names for mailing list purposes is permitted. All materials must be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the United States and the State of Georgia.

PAYMENT:
All payments will be processed via the EVENTENY platform as you complete the application. Refunds for non-accepted applications, less the jury/application fee, will be refunded back via the EVENTENY platform to the credit card initially used. Withdrawals at any time must be sent via the EVENTENY platform email to be official and in good standing. Withdrawals made before application deadline of June 16th, 2025 will receive a full Booth Site fee refund.
BOOTH DISPLAY & SET-UP:
All exhibitors for the curated section of YDF will be located centrally, in the lower meadow section of the Yellow Daisy event space. All spaces are on natural terrain. The entire area has shade trees around the perimeter and received full sunlight in the afternoon. Additional space may be available on a per person basis. Exhibitors must furnish their own display tables, skirting, chairs, extension cords, etc. Portable display tables, card tables, etc. must be covered/skirted in a tasteful fabric. All displays must be designed, constructed and operated in good taste. You may bring an identification sign/banner for your booth, but Stone Mountain Park reserves the right to approve or disapprove display. Booths cannot open late or close early at any time.
ADDITIONAL FESTIVAL RULES:
Gas powered generators are strictly prohibited. Stone Mountain Park's safety Director will be monitoring. Electricity is a PAID amenity at the Festival. For the 2024 Festival, approved exhibitors will be provided electrical hookups free of charge. You must indicate your desire for electricity so that arrangements can be made for power at the booth space. Additional information will be sent in the acceptance packet. Stone Mountain Park provides after-hours security for Festival areas with the understanding the park is not and will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage to participant's property. Exhibitors are responsible for their own personal property. Yellow Daisy is a difficult show to operate by yourself, we highly recommend you bring a booth partner (relative, friend or associate) with you. Vehicles are NOT allowed in the Festival area during show hours or on the street after set-up or during show hours. Cools may only be brought in to Festival area before 8:00 a.m. No glass container. Ice will be available for purchase. Pets are NOT allowed in the Festival area. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan accordingly. GEORGIA STATE/COUNTY SALES TAX at 8% must be charged on all sales. Exhibitors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting and paying all sales taxes collected to the Georgia Department of Revenue, Compliance Division. Forms will be included int he Exhibitor's Check-In Packet.
