About the event

This application is to sign up to be a Vendor within the SPRING INTO SUMMER MARKET! SET UP: 10:30AM EVENT: 11:30-5:00 BREAKDOWN: 5:00-6:00 This family-friendly event will feature food trucks, shopping, and fun! We plan to market this event heavily to make it an absolute and total success for our vendors! Please review the terms & conditions to understand the vendor guidelines. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

Vendors will be given access to the Location as early as 9AM on SUNDAY to set up their station and prepare anything else necessary to vend at the Location. Vendor agrees to arrive no later than 1 hour before the event to set up.Vendors must be set up by 10AM.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own lighting within their booth if desired.
Vendors are responsible for providing their set up, including Decorations, Tent, Tables, Signage, Power (if needed), and tent weights (NO STAKES).
Vendors understand that no stakes can be used to secure tents.
This Venue does not provide power, each vendor will be required to bring their own power source (if needed) for their equipment. We strongly suggest using battery powered options instead of a gas generator if needed.
Vendors must disclose to the host at least 30 days prior to the date of the event, if the vendor is bringing a gas generator.
Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
This is a “Rain or Shine” event, meaning refunds will not be issued if the vendor decides they are not going to attend due to weather.
Vendors agree to clean up their spot after the event, leaving the area the way they found it upon setting up.
Host will provide Full Set Up details, required set up times, vendor spot number, site plan map, vendor parking instructions etc. at least TWO days before the date of the event.
