Vendor and Exhibitor Application

Welcome to Fae Ball Events! If you are interested in joining our May 30th Fae Ball and Book Convention, fill out the application below after reading our terms and conditions.

This application does not guarantee you a spot as a vendor for Fae Ball Events. 

Someone on the Fae Ball Events team will be in contact once a decision has been made regarding your application status. 

Vending hours will be during the book market from 11AM-3PM, final hours and set up time will be sent to you in advance. 

Fae Ball Events is not liable for any damage that occurs to the items brought into the event hall, and vendors are responsible for their own belongings. 

Items that will be provided to vendors:

• One 6 foot table
• 2 chairs for vendor

If you require any other items for your table set up, you are responsible for obtaining those items. 

Vendors who are approved will receive 1 general admission ticket to the ball. This ticket is non-transferable and cannot be returned for funds, or to pay for the booth. You may bring one assistant/employee to the literary market for free, but if they want to attend the Ball portion of the even, they will need to pay for a ticket. 

Once approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address on file and the invoice must be paid within 5 business days, or you forfeit your spot. 

*Exceptions can be made due to circumstances, please contact our team for assistance if that's applicable. 

All applicants must provide all methods of payment for attendees, ie. Cash, Credit, Debit, or other electronic forms of payment. Guest is responsible for collecting sales tax for the city of Kansas City. 

All applicants must supply a valid copy of their business license in their state, and a copy of current insurance. If you do not have your business license or insurance, but are in the process of applying for both, please let us know where you are at in the process. 

ADA Applicants that require assistance: If you are disabled and require assistance from your designated helper/PCA, please reach out to us at the email below on further instructions on information that needs to be added to your application.

By submitting your application, you are agreeing to the $200 booth fee for the day of the event. If you do not wish to continue with Fae Ball Events, you can withdraw your application by emailing info@faeballevents.com.
