San Japan 2025 Fan Art Table Lottery Application

The cost of Artist Alley tables is $275 + 3% platform fee.

This form opens at 9:00 PM Central on April 12th. If you see a server error, too many people will hit the form. 

Before we start, here's the number one reason that will DENY YOUR APPLICATION.
Texas Sales Tax ID Invalid OR Inactive.

Do Not Submit Your Federal EIN. If you put your federal EIN in the sales tax ID field, your application will be dismissed. If you do not have a Texas Sales Tax ID Number, DO NOT APPLY AT ALL.

Because of this, over 55 applications in 2024 did not even reach the lottery phase.

The form will stay open until May 3rd at 11:59 PM Central or when we reach 1200 entries.

This is a lottery application. After general screening, we will randomly select a percentage of applications to ensure all applicants have submitted the correct Texas sales tax information. All applicants will be notified by May 14th. All applicants will be billed to the credit, debit, or ACH payment on file upon approval.

Any application that does not have a successful payment will be skipped. We will not contact the artist about a failed payment; they will be moved to the rejected list. It is on the application to be ready to be billed up to $500 upon approval between May 4th and May 14th.

The buyer is responsible for notifying the bank or credit card of a large incoming purchase. We will not reprocess applications if the payment does not go through
