Food Booth Vendor

Thank you for your interest in being one of the food trucks at our Fireworks on Main 2025. This funfilled event brings about 12,000 people out to Rowlett Pecan Grove Park!

People enjoy a variety of food trucks, and we hope that you become one of them. 

Application deadline is Friday, June 20th, at 5pm. You are required to fill out a health permit contract and application form before your application can be processed - Visit https://www.rowletttx.gov/163/Permits-and-Licenses

The Fire Marshal's Office Requires the following from the 2021 Fire Code: 1.) Minimum 5-pound fire extinguisher that is tagged by a licensed fire extinguisher company on site. A simple receipt will not be accepted.2.) If there is cooking involving grease, a Class K fire extinguisher that is tagged by a licensed fire extinguisher must be on site. 3.) All fire suppression systems must be tagged and up to date on inspections.  4.) All hood systems over cooking equipment must be current on professional cleanings. 5.) No exposed wiring or damage wiring used to power equipment. This is including extension cords. 6.) Any trailer or food truck that utilizes Liquid Propane Gas must have a LP-Gas Alarm installed inside the trailer or food truck in the vicinity of LP-gas systems components, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.  Any cooking equipment that is inside a trailer or food truck that produces grease-laden vapors must have a kitchen exhaust hood and a fire suppression system.
