| Late Fee | $100.00 | Non-refundable | A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the April 28, 2025, deadline. |
| VENDOR NON-COMPLIANCE / DAMAGE FEE | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations will result in vendor being charged a $250 Non Compliance Fee at time of occurrence. |
