All corporate applications are reviewed by the Rome Pride Vendor Committee to ensure that participating brands share and uphold our values. Rome Pride reserves the right to deny applications from companies whose practices or public affiliations contradict our mission of LGBTQIA+ inclusion.

About the event

The 4th Annual Rome Pride will take place on June 13th - 15th. Our Saturday June 14th Pride festival at Ridge Ferry Park is FREE, along with the market, shows, and more! Join us for a weekend full of volunteer opportunities, meet and greet gatherings, educational events, drag performances, live music, local shopping, an art market, and our Health Village. The weekend begins with out Kickoff event on Friday June 13th. This is a ticketed and VIP event. On June 14th, we’ll have our March for Rights in the morning starting at 11 AM on Broad Street in Downtown Rome, Georgia and our FREE festival and market. The Pride Festival at Ridge Ferry Park will begin at 12 PM, featuring live entertainment, over 150 curated artists and craft vendors, food trucks, a kids zone, a VIP area, and plenty of community love. On June 15th is the Pride Sunday Church Service at 2nd Avenue Methodist Church in Rome. More details TBA. Rome Pride is the largest rural LGBTQ+ Pride event in North West Georgia, attracting over 4,000 attendees in 2024. This free-admission event provides a family-friendly and inclusive atmosphere in a smalltown setting. As a 100% volunteer-powered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Rome Pride relies on the support of attendees, vendors, local businesses, and sponsors to continue offering admission-free, entertainment packed, family friendly events.

This Event Has a Zero Tolerance Policy for Hate Speech & Harmful Conduct

The Rome Pride Festival hosted at Ridge Ferry Park on June 14th 2025 is a safe and affirming space. The Rome Pride Non-Profit Board has rented this space for the purpose of this event and it's attendees, partners, and exhibitors and the Board maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any language, materials, or actions that cause harm or perpetuate discrimination.

By agreeing to become a vendor and submitting this application to participate in the Rome Pride Festival in Partnership with the Rome Pride Board you agree to abide by the following Codes of Conduct:

Any rhetoric, materials, or conduct that disrespects or invalidates LGBTQAI+ identities—especially those of trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse people—will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
Any hostile behavior, disruption of the inclusive environment, or undermining of LGBTQ+ community members will result in permanent banning from all future Rome Pride events.
The Rome Georgia Pride Board has the right to deny any vendor, artisan, group, or exhibitor access to the festival grounds if any of the above Codes of Conduct or the Terms and Conditions of this Festival are broken before or at the festival.

City Ordinances

All vendors, exhibitors, and artisans must follow city ordinances for vending in Rome, Georgia and are responsible for ensuring their merchandise and booth setup comply with all applicable codes. Specifically, vendors must adhere to Rome city codes 11-830 and 23-301. The Rome Pride Board, Vendor Committee, and associated volunteers are not responsible for enforcing these codes—it is up to each participant to remain in compliance.

Prices

Application fees	$25.00	Non-refundable	There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Early Bird 10x10 Booth	$310.30	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.It includes parking for your car behind, and only insures access to the front 10 feet of your booth, everything you showcase or exhibit must fit within the 10x10 foot print with walking space to view all merchandise from inside the tent as we cannot guarantee there will be space between tents. Early bird pricing ends at midnight on April 30th and then booth pricing will go up to $374.50 a booth. Booth pricing will go up to $406.60 a booth the week of the event on June 8th.
Early bird 20x10 Booth	$390.00	Non-refundable	Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. It includes parking for your vehicle behind, and only insures access to the front 10 feet of your booth, everything you showcase or exhibit must fit within the 20x10 foot print with walking space to view all merchandise from inside the tent as we cannot guarantee there will be space between tents. Early bird pricing ends at midnight on April 30th and then booth pricing will go up to $410 a booth. Booth pricing will go up to $460 per double booth the week of the event on June 8th.
Early Bird Triple Corner Booth L-Shaped 30x10	$410.00	Non-refundable	This booth space is a corner booth and is made up of 3 spots 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep, but in an L shape. You can use three 10x10 tents or one 20x10 and one 10x10. It includes parking for two vehicles behind, and insures access to the front 20 feet of your booth (as one tent is in the corner), everything you showcase or exhibit must fit within the 30x10 foot print with walking space to view all merchandise from inside the tents as we cannot guarantee there will be space between tents. Early bird pricing ends at midnight on April 30th and then booth pricing will go up to $510 a booth. Booth pricing will go up to $560 a booth the week of the event on June 8th. Corporate partners will receive a social media shout out and have the option to add other sponsorship benefits to their booths via our sponsorship page.
A Single 110 Electrical Outlet	$50.00	Non-refundable	Most of the park does not have access to power. Rome Georgia Pride has to rent generators to be able to provide power. You will need at least 100 feet of extension cord and are only allowed one 110 plug per power add-on. If you need more you must add on more power purchases. Power needs to be purchased no later than May 31st.
8 ft Table	$18.00	Non-refundable	If you would like to rent 8 foot tables from Rome Pride to help with your set up.
Folding Chair x2	$10.00	Non-refundable	You can rent a set of two folding chairs for your booth. If you need more than two you may add additional quantity. These will be set up and waiting in your booth upon arrival.
10x10 Tent Rental	$80.00	Non-refundable	If you would like to simplify your set up or do not own you own EZ-Up tent you can rent a 10x10 tent or multiple from Rome Georgia Pride. Pricing does not include setup of the tent, but we will have volunteers available on site if you have trouble setting up your tent yourself. Please let us know under the accessibility accommodations if you require help and we will do our best.
