The cost of Artist Alley unlimited artist tables is $1075 + 3% event fee.

It includes 3 6' Tables U-Shape Corner Booth Setup, extra space within Artist Alley, and 4 Artist Badges.

This form opens at 11:00 PM Central On March 25th.  Before we start, here's the number one reason that will deny your application.

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR FEDERAL EIN. YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REJECTED BEFORE IT REACHES THE LOTTERY.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TEXAS SALES TAX ID NUMBER, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO APPLY AT ALL. WE CHECK EVERY SINGLE APPLICATION WITH THE TEXAS COMPTROLLER'S OFFICE.

The form will stay open until March 30th at 11:59 PM Central or when we reach 100 entries.

YES, you can split it amongst other artists; however, all artists exhibiting must have a verified, current, and valid Texas Sales Tax ID. We will disqualify the entire application if one artist does not have a valid, active Texas Sales ID, and we will check with the State of Texas Comptroller on this. You may fill in this information after you've been approved.

This is a lottery application. After general screening to ensure all applicants have submitted the correct Texas sales tax information, we will randomly select up to 15 applications. All applicants will be notified by April 10th. All applicants will be immediately billed to the credit, debit, or ACH payment on file when selected.

Follow-up information will be sent to approved artists when approved payment goes through. 

All applicants will be billed to the credit, debit, or ACH payment on file upon approval. We will pick a different applicant if the payment does not go through. All credit/debit cards on file must be ready to accept payments of up to $1200 between April 5th and April 10th.
