Spaces will be limited to 75 vendors. Accepted categories are art, crafts, photography, food trucks, kids activities, curated merchandise, local non profits, and business promotion sponsors (non merchandise sales).

Filled categories are Ice Cream, Banking, NY Life, Windows, Roofing/ Siding, Gutters.

Categories not allowed are weapons, drug paraphernalia, political, counterfeit goods.

All tables must be covered to the ground and boxes stowed away. Tents must be weighted.

About the event

The Three Village Community Day fair is a fair hosted by the three village chamber of commerce to offer a family friendly event in the spring. Located on the beautiful tree lined Setauket Village Green . Featuring local crafters, food trucks, and family activities.

Terms & Conditions

Set-up will begin at least 2 hours before start time of 11am.

Categories not allowed are weapons, drug paraphernalia, political, counterfeit goods.

All tables must be covered to the ground and boxes stowed away. Tents must be weighted.

Rain date is Sunday May18.

No refunds if vendor cant attend the rain date or show ends early due to weather or both dates are rained out.

10'x10' Space Merchandise sales, prepackaged food, activity, local non profit.	$100.00	Non-refundable	One 10'x10' tent per space plus standard sized vehicle.
Food Truck or food cooked on premises.	$200.00	Non-refundable	Food truck or food cooked on premises. Must have current licenses and insurance.
10'x10' Space for Business Promotion non merchandise sales	$200.00	Non-refundable	10'x10' plus standard sized vehicle use for promoting a business or generating sales leads. Non merchandise sales.
