This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically and understanding if approved your vendor fee is Non-Refundable.

LIABLITY WEST COAST MAKERS AND 222 DAVIS ST, San Leandro Venue its owners and its venue partners will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the participants property, injury to the participant. The participant holds themselves accountable for all risks involved including loss, damage liability, or injury from any cause. Participant releases and waives any claims against WEST COAST MAKERS AND 222 DAVIS ST, San Leandro its owners and its venue partners related to the previously mentioned statements.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

I consent West Coast Makers full permission to take photos and/or videos of you, your products, and or booth to be used for online sharing and marketing purposes.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION:

There are no refunds or credits given for Participant based cancellation after submission of the application and space fee. Special accommodations may be made on case by case basis.

OUTDOOR EVENT POSTPONEMENTS:

Participants of outdoor events postponed due to rain storm, natural disaster weather conditions will be given a credit toward a future event.
