RETAIL Vendor 10 x 10 Booth Space | $60.00 | Non-refundable | This price is payment for a RETAIL single booth space on FRIDAY April 4th, for 404 Day Party @ Stave Room located at Center Parc Stadium presented by Butter ATL, Atlanta Indie Market, & COLOR Co. All confirmed vendors will be provided with one 10 x 10 tent. Vendors must bring all other additional items for set up if needed, but must use the provided tent. If needed, two chairs, and one table is available to rent for an additional fee. Please select the additional item in the available price list if required. Access to Power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. All items should be contained within your 10 x 10 booth foot print. Any items outside of the tent must be connected to the tent itself. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Load in and Load out information will be provided with approval confirmation. Additional instructions, if needed, will be communicated prior to the event through Eventeny. SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE Vendor 10 x 10 Booth Space | $75.00 | Non-refundable | This price is payment for a SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE single booth space on FRIDAY April 4th, for 404 Day Party @ Stave Room located at Center Parc Stadium presented by Butter ATL, Atlanta Indie Market, & COLOR Co. SWEET TREAT means no cooking, no open flames, no fires of any kind on-site are allowed. All food offerings must be pre-packaged, cold items, pre- bottled beverages, pre-made teas/coffees, or homemade sweet treats. BEVERAGES are approved at this rate as well. Hot beverages such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc. are approved. THC-A/CBD/Delta-9 beverages are NOT approved. Non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved. There will be two (2) sweet treat vendors on site for the event. If selected, you and one other sweet treat vendor will be selling different sweet items or beverages. All confirmed vendors will be provided with one 10 x 10 tent. Vendors must bring additional items for set up if needed, but must use the provided tent. FOOD TRUCK SINGLE DAY- SUNDAY 4/6 BASEBALL GAME | $200.00 | Non-refundable | This price is payment for a single FOOD TRUCK vending space on SUNDAY APRIL 6TH, 2025. FOOD TRUCKS only, no food trailers. You must have a branded complete truck for approval. If serving beverages with food items, all provided liquids must be non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved or authorized to serve on site. All Food trucks will be provided one parking space/section. Each allotted parking space is 15 x 25. All confirmed tent (retail/sweet treat) vendors will be provided with one 10 x 10 tent, two chairs, and one table for display purposes. Vendors may bring additional items for set up if needed. If you need a tent as a FOOD TRUCK vendor, please let us know immediately upon approval. Access to power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Please remember, all items should be contained within your foot print. We are working with a specific amount of space. Please ensure your dimensions are accurate.
