This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

We are seeking five (5) retail vendors, two (2) sweet treat vendors, and three (3) food trucks for the baseball game at @ Center Park Stadium on April 6th from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

These selected vendors are an integral element to help elevate the 404 Day experience at Center Parc Stadium.

Sunday April 6th vendors vendors will be strategically placed in the welcome ingress as all patrons enter and exit the activation. Vendors will be the first and last thing they see!

Vendors will remain in plain sight of all patrons as they enter, exit, and peruse through the game.

To ensure all vendors have the best sales opportunity available, the approval rate will be limited. We want to incorporate a variety of all goods to be showcased and do not want duplicate vendors.

Please note, we are not accepting items that are not made by the artists or have any plagiarized graphics of any kind.

About the event

Let's celebrate 404 Day together! An Atlanta Collaboration indeed. Butter.ATL, Atlanta Indie Market, and COLOR Co, come together to bring an opportunity to Atlanta’s top independent artists, growing brands, artisans, crafters, and makers of all trade for this special weekend. We will be celebrating ATLANTA all weekend long. Join us for 404 Night, the official afterparty to end all afterparties, featuring a live performance by Atlanta’s own 2CHAINZ. Friday April 4th, (404) @ 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM An after party for 21 and up located at the Stave Room 199 Armour Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 Then join us on Sunday April 6th @ Center Parc Stadium for a family friendly baseball game with food trucks and fun! 755 Hank Aaron Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30315 Both days will encompass exciting activations with special live music guest performance, good eats, sweet treats, DJ's spinning great tunes, and quality vendors offering one of a kind goods. This event is open to the public and everyone will enjoy shopping, free entertainment, and good vibes, just RSVP to be included! This is an exceptional opportunity for vendors to showcase their goods, connect with new customers, and thrive in a dynamic setting in the heart of the city. Registration is NOW OPEN! Atlanta Indie Market x 404 Day Vendor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Atlanta Indie Market. We are excited to partner with you. By participating as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Compliance: IF SERVING FOOD Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of food and goods. All certifications must be valid and visible at all times, if not visible, certification must be provided upon request.

Insurance: All vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance and, upon request, must provide proof to the Atlanta Indie Market organizers. The vendor shall indemnify Atlanta Indie Market against all liabilities, claims, and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms and conditions.

Fees and Payments: Vendors are responsible for all fees associated with their participation in the event, which will be outlined in their acceptance letter. All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.

Setup and Operations: Vendors are responsible for their own setup. One tent will be provided to all vendors at the market. All other necessary equipment and display items must be brought by the vendor. Table and chairs available for purchase if required. Vendors must adhere to the set-up and breakdown times provided by the organizers. All vendors are expected to maintain their area in a clean, safe, and professional manner at all times.

Product and Pricing: Vendors agree to offer only the items approved by Atlanta Indie Market and to maintain reasonable prices to encourage customer purchases and satisfaction. Vendors must clearly display prices for all items.

Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, providing courteous service to all customers and fellow vendors. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Cancellation Policy: Vendors must notify the Atlanta Indie Market organizers of any cancellation at least one (1) day prior to the event. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from future events.

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Atlanta Indie Market organizers (e.g., weather, natural disaster), the event may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, vendors will be notified as soon as possible.

Amendments: Atlanta Indie Market reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the revised terms.

Agreement: By applying for and participating with the Atlanta Indie Market, vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the organizers.

Application fees	$3.00	Non-refundable	There is a $3 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
RETAIL Vendor 10 x 10 Booth Space	$60.00	Non-refundable	This price is payment for a RETAIL single booth space on FRIDAY April 4th, for 404 Day Party @ Stave Room located at Center Parc Stadium presented by Butter ATL, Atlanta Indie Market, & COLOR Co. All confirmed vendors will be provided with one 10 x 10 tent. Vendors must bring all other additional items for set up if needed, but must use the provided tent. If needed, two chairs, and one table is available to rent for an additional fee. Please select the additional item in the available price list if required. Access to Power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. All items should be contained within your 10 x 10 booth foot print. Any items outside of the tent must be connected to the tent itself. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Load in and Load out information will be provided with approval confirmation. Additional instructions, if needed, will be communicated prior to the event through Eventeny. SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE Vendor 10 x 10 Booth Space	$75.00	Non-refundable	This price is payment for a SWEET TREAT/BEVERAGE single booth space on FRIDAY April 4th, for 404 Day Party @ Stave Room located at Center Parc Stadium presented by Butter ATL, Atlanta Indie Market, & COLOR Co. SWEET TREAT means no cooking, no open flames, no fires of any kind on-site are allowed. All food offerings must be pre-packaged, cold items, pre- bottled beverages, pre-made teas/coffees, or homemade sweet treats. BEVERAGES are approved at this rate as well. Hot beverages such as coffee, hot chocolate, etc. are approved. THC-A/CBD/Delta-9 beverages are NOT approved. Non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved. There will be two (2) sweet treat vendors on site for the event. If selected, you and one other sweet treat vendor will be selling different sweet items or beverages. All confirmed vendors will be provided with one 10 x 10 tent. Vendors must bring additional items for set up if needed, but must use the provided tent. If needed, two chairs, and one table is available to rent for an additional fee. Please select the additional item in the available price list if required. Access to Power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. FOOD TRUCK SINGLE DAY- SUNDAY 4/6 BASEBALL GAME	$200.00	Non-refundable	This price is payment for a single FOOD TRUCK vending space on SUNDAY APRIL 6TH, 2025. FOOD TRUCKS only, no food trailers. You must have a branded complete truck for approval. If serving beverages with food items, all provided liquids must be non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved or authorized to serve on site. All Food trucks will be provided one parking space/section. Each allotted parking space is 15 x 25. All confirmed tent (retail/sweet treat) vendors will be provided with one 10 x 10 tent, two chairs, and one table for display purposes. Vendors may bring additional items for set up if needed. If you need a tent as a FOOD TRUCK vendor, please let us know immediately upon approval. Access to power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Please remember, all items should be contained within your foot print. We are working with a specific amount of space. Please ensure your dimensions are accurate. Load in and Load out information will be provided with approval confirmation. Additional instructions, if needed, will be communicated prior to the event through Eventeny.
