About the application

As a Heartland Pride Festival Vendor, you will have a designated area to showcase your organization that comes with one table, two chairs, and four vendor passes (additional passes can be purchased through the box office).

The event runs from noon until midnight. Booths must be available to patrons from 12:30 until 5 pm.
No organization is allowed to serve, sell, or give away pop or water. No food items can be sold.
No vendor can give out stickers or helium balloons (this is a requirement of the venue).
Set up will be available the evening before the event or at 11:30 am the day of the event. More details to come.
Electricity will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number of booths available for electrical service.

July 12th: The annual Heartland Pride Parade, Festival, and Show. July 11th: Annual Heartland Youth Pride & Family Night (5PM)

10x10 Booth: For Profit	$575.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Includes a table and 2 chairs.
10 x 20 Booth Upgrade	$250.00	Non-refundable	Double your booth size. Does NOT include additional chairs or table.

10 by 10 Booth: Non-profit	$295.00	Non-refundable	New for 2024: All non-profit entries now include Youth Pride registration. A single 10 by 10 booth with a table and 2 chairs.
Local Artisan Table	$80.00	Non-refundable	To support and promote local artists and craftspeople we are offering a special discounted vendor opportunity! Each vendor will have a designated area with one table and 2 vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased through the box office. At least 60% of the items you are selling must be made by hand in order to qualify for this vendor opportunity. Up to 3 spaces/tables can be purchased.
