About the application

Honoring AAPI Month during the month of May for our annual Suwanee Asian Festival. This event is a one-day family-friendly festival with cultural performances, food and entertainment for everyone. This application is intended for performers only.

If your group is interested in showcasing your Asian Cultural performance, please fill out this application by April 15, 2025.

Please read all information carefully and follow all instructions when filling out and submitting the applications. Do not leave any area blank or assume we already have your information. We strongly encourage potential performers to submit completed applications as soon as possible as line-up will fill up quickly!

Date: SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2025
Hours: Performances will begin at 2pm. Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled performance time to allocate time for parking and check-ins.
Music: Music will be sent to performers@suwaneeasianfestival.com, please include your group's name when submitting your music.

Parking: FREE

Process:
1) Submit application below.
2) You will receive an approval email to the address provided in your application by April 15, 2025
4) You MUST attend one performer training orientation (April 30, 2025). The session will be held live and via Zoom.

About the event

Bring your lawn chairs and picnic blanket to join us for another year of celebration of AAPI Month featuring Asian cultures, costumes, and food. This event is kid friendly, pet friendly, and FREE to attend!
