Booth Regulations:
If vendors would like a tent, they must supply their own freestanding 10 x 10 tent
All tents must have a 40lb weight per leg. If your tent is not weighted, you will not pass inspection or be allowed to participate in the festival.
Tent legs may not be staked into the pavement.
No amplified sound is permitted to be coming from any booth.
No overstock merchandise may be stored on sidewalks. Sidewalks must stay clear for pedestrians and emergency personnel.
Tents using open flames, such as candles, portable heaters, must have one ABC fire extinguisher that is fully charged.
As a vendor, I agree:

That amplified sound is not permitted to come from my booth.
To consent to the assignment of my booth space by the festival organizers, the organizer reserves the right to reassign booth locations at any time prior to the beginning of the festival.
Booth rental fees are due and payable by August 29, 2025. Failure to pay the fee may result in loss of my space at Hot Diggity Dog Fest. Rental fees are non-refundable.
I will not assign any rights under this agreement to any person.
My relationship with the organization under this agreement shall be that of an independent contractor. I shall not have the authority to bind the organization to any contract or agreement, nor shall I represent to any person that I am the agent or representative of the organization.
The Hot Diggity Dog Fest requires vendors to be present and available during festival hours.
Vendors must remain at the festival site until the planned end of the festival. Vendors who breakdown and leave early compromise their standing with the festival and may forfeit their ability to exhibit at future festivals.
Vendors and their agents, associates, and assistants should maintain high standards of professionalism. Festival organizers reserve the right to remove an exhibitor whose conduct and/or merchandise are unacceptable and whose participation conflicts with the rules and regulations. Vendors whose unacceptable conduct will forfeit their ability to exhibit at future festivals. Festival management reserves the right to engage local Law Enforcement if deemed necessary
No offensive, racial, sexual, and provocative or drug related merchandise or literature shall be displayed, sold or distributed.
Vendors participate in the Hot Diggity Dog Fest at their own risk and assume responsibility for maintaining liability insurance that covers any damages or losses during the festival.
Vendors must have all required permits and/or licenses before the start of Festival Day. Examples include plant/nursery licenses and licensed kitchens for processed foods. Vendors of certified organically grown produce must have a copy of current organic certification. Vendors who fail to comply with applicable state, federal and local regulations may be subject to removal from the festival and forfeiture of booth space rental fees.
Neither I nor the organization shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure to perform due to government action, court order, civil disturbance, inclement weather, act of God, or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is delayed or prevented.
Except as otherwise specified in this agreement, neither party shall be liable to the other party for consequential damages, including lost profit or no revenue, for any breach of the agreement.
To indemnify and hold harmless from all claims Boyle Investment Company, Boyle Nashville, LLC, Capitol View JV-E, and Capitol View JV-D.
The Festival Director reserves the right to close any booth not adhering to these rules and regulations.
In the event of any severe weather conditions, the scheduled Hot Diggity Dog Fest may be suspended. The decision to postpone the event is left solely up to the discretion of the Directors of Hot Diggity Dog Fest. In the event of inclement weather, we may try to reschedule to September 7th, 2025. If severe weather continues into September 7th, 2025 the Hot Diggity Dog Fest will be canceled. No refunds will be provided due to issues beyond the festival’s control, such as weather.
The following is needed when accepted to participate in our event:
A CHECK to cover your booth fee. We DO NOT take CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS.
A copy of your insurance certificate listing a single limit liability of not less than $_1_ million, and general aggregate liability of not less than $_2_ million. Auto liability with a combined single limit not less than $ _1_million, and Umbrella/Excess Liability of not less than $_3_million. Capitol View JV-E, Capitol View JV-D, Boyle Investment Company, and Boyle Nashville, LLC shall be named as an additional insured of said policy. Certificate Holder will be Capitol View JV-E, 500 11th Ave N, Suite 780, Nashville TN 37203
A correct COI and a signed Waiver must be submitted no later than August 30th to secure your space.
