About the application

NEW THIS YEAR! Food Vendors will be located in a new spot near the boardwalk behind Roots Coffee Bar. Food will be offered starting FRIDAY, Sept. 5th at 4pm-9pm during Rebel Grace and the Beer Garden. Load in will start around 1pm on Friday. You will be able to stay set up overnight. Your Booth Fee includes both days. Option for 1 day only upon request.

About the event

Join us Friday, Sept. 5th and Sept. 6th for a family friendly festival located Downtown Oconomowoc. The Festival includes bands, beer, food vendors and over 100 artisan and merchant vendors. Sept. 5th 4pm-9pm- Food Trucks, Beer garden and Music ONLY. Saturday, Sept. 6th- Vendors 9am-6pm and Music, Beer Garden and Food Trucks until 9pm. Fall Fest is a fun family friendly day filled with plenty for all to do! Enjoy our Village Green entertainment area with a stage full of music and a beer garden. Kids area and plenty of good eats.

Terms & Conditions

You will be approved within 7-10 business days. The application fee is non refundable. No refundable clean up fee this year. If you do not clean up your area including garbage taken to the dumpster or clean up any products that may have spilled in your booth area, YOU SIMPLY WILL NOT BE APPROVED NEXT YEAR! You MUST submit your appropriate food licensing, certificate of insurance and S240 form to be approved.

Food vendors must be able to stay until 9pm both nights. (Unless otherwise discussed and approved)

Application fees	$25.00	Non-refundable	There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. If you are a CHAMBER MEMBER you will have $25 (refunded) off of your booth fee!
10x10 Booth-Food Tent-2 Days	$300.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Food Truck or trailer under 20ft-2 days	$300.00	Non-refundable	Food Trailer and Food Truck under 20 ft are considered one booth space. If your rig is larger than that you need to also purchase the EXTRA LENGTH options as well.
extra length charge- Any truck larger than 20ft	$100.00	Non-refundable
