Vendor and Exhibitor Application

Welcome to Fae Ball Events! If you are interested in joining our October 11th Fae Ball and Book Convention, fill out the application below after reading our terms and conditions.

This application does not guarantee you a spot as a vendor for Fae Ball Events. 

By submitting an application, you are agreeing to the payment being applied once your application is approved. This is an automatic process once an application is approved and the card on file will be immediately charged. You are able to withdraw an application as long as you have not been approved. Once approved, payments are non-refundable.

Vending hours will be during the book market from 11AM-3PM, final hours and set up time will be sent to you in advance. Vendors must operate the full hours of the book market and not break down prior to operating hours end. 

Fae Ball Events is not liable for any damage that occurs to the items brought into the event hall, and vendors are responsible for their own belongings. 

Items that will be provided to vendors:

• One 6 foot table
• One table cloth
• 2 chairs for vendor
• An electrical strip that must be shared with one or more other vendors

If you require any other items for your table set up, you are responsible for obtaining those items. 

Vendors who are approved will receive 1 general admission ticket to the ball. This ticket is non-transferable and cannot be returned for funds, or to pay for the booth. You may bring one assistant/employee to the literary market for free, but if they want to attend the Ball portion of the event, they will need to pay for a ticket. Please reach out for a Fae Ball Only ticket purchase if so.

All applicants must provide all methods of payment for attendees, ie. Cash, Credit, Debit, or other electronic forms of payment. Guest is responsible for collecting sales tax for the city of Portland. 

All applicants must supply a valid copy of their business license in their state, and a copy of current insurance. If you do not have your business license or insurance, but are in the process of applying for both, please let us know where you are at in the process. 

ADA Vendor Applicants: If you are disabled and require assistance from your designated helper/PCA, please reach out to us at the info@faeballevents.com.
