- By signing your name, you agree to our terms and conditions.
- Vendors are to remain for the duration of the event. If a vendor packs up and leaves early for any reason, they forfeit their vendor fees and will not be eligible to participate in future events. Leaving the premises disrupts the experience of attending patrons and negatively impacts our neighbors. We strive to maintain a positive relationship with our community and appreciate your cooperation in this matter. By signing below, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with this policy.
- I understand any children I bring must remain with me in my booth or be accompanied by an adult outside the booths. Any vendors with children unaccompanied and causing distraction will be asked not to return to future events, forfeiting any paid fees associated with these events.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your excitement for our event! We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for vendor spots purchased. Unfortunately, we also cannot credit your spot towards a future event. We're a small team working hard to bring you an amazing experience, and our policy helps us ensure the event's success. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you at the event!

- EVENT PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms: 1. Insurance: I understand that Events by Courtney and its affiliates have their own insurance coverage, which does not extend to me or my business. 2. Liability Waiver: I release Events by Courtney and its affiliates from any liability for: - Personal injuries or property damage - Loss of sales or business opportunities - Missing or stolen items - Damaged goods or products By signing below, I acknowledge that I am responsible for obtaining my own insurance coverage and for mitigating any risks associated with participating in events hosted by Events by Courtney Kaye
- I understand and acknowledge that I will bring only the items I list to sell at the festival. If I have unauthorized items I will be asked to put them away and not sell them. Failure to comply may result in losing future spots and any money associated with it
