Application & Fees – Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
Setup & Breakdown – Vendors must set up within the designated time and remain open for the full duration of the event. Early departure is not permitted. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, and displays.
Compliance – Vendors must comply with all local laws, health codes, and regulations, including food safety and permits where applicable.
Liability & Insurance – The event organizers, venue, and affiliated entities are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that occurs before, during, or after the event. Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry liability insurance.
Indemnification – Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, staff, and venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
Weather & Cancellation – The event will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the organizers. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related conditions or vendor cancellations.
Conduct & Restrictions – Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and may not sell prohibited items, including illegal or dangerous goods. The event is family-friendly, and all merchandise must align with that standard.
Electricity & Wi-Fi – Limited electricity may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for their own power sources and internet access if needed.
Promotion & Media Release – Vendors grant permission for the event organizers to use photos or videos of their booth for promotional purposes without compensation.
Enforcement & Removal – Failure to adhere to these terms may result in removal from the event without refund. The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any vendor.
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
