6 Foot Table VENDOR Space (1 6ft Foot Table, 1 Chair, 1 Badge) $175.00 Non-refundable (1) 6 Foot Table, (1) Chair, and (1) Vendor Pass will be included with your space. There is 5ft of space behind your table.
(2) 6 Foot Tables VENDOR Space (2 6ft Tables, 2 Chairs, 2 Badges) $300.00 Non-refundable (2) 6 Foot Tables, (2) Chairs, and (2) Vendor Passes will be included with your space. There is 5 ft of space behind your table.
10x10 VENDOR Wall Space (0 Tables, 0 Chairs, 2 Badges) SOLD OUT Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. These spaces are against the wall. You will receive a completely empty space. No tables & chairs will be included. (2) Vendor Pass's will be included with your space.
6 Foot Table ARTIST Space (1 6ft Table, 1 Chair, 1 Badge) $125.00 Non-refundable This space is strictly for ARTISTS and no commercial merchandise may be sold. All work sold must have been produced by you, the artist. We are accepting artists who create art/merch geared towards Sports/TCG. Proxy selling is not allowed. Artist must be present during the event.
Corner Premium REQUEST $50.00 Non-refundable This is a premium request for a corner spot. If we are unable to grant you the corner request, we will issue you a refund for this additional payment. This request does NOT include additional tables, chairs, or vendor badges.
Additional (1) Vendor Badge $30.00 Non-refundable This is for (1) Additional Vendor badge. All personel must wear a vendor badge at all times. This is a requirement to be inside the exhibit hall.
(1) 6 Foot Table Rental $75.00 Non-refundable This is for the rental of (1) 6 Foot Unskirted Table for the duration of the event. Rentals are directly from a 3rd party decorator at the Event.
(1) Chair $10.00 Non-refundable This is for the rental of (1) Chair for the duration of the event. Rentals are directly from a 3rd party decorator at the Event.

  • Santa Clara Convention Center has a VERY strict outside drink/food policy. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE DRINK/FOOD. Water flask is ok. Food served by the convention center is ok. You agree to pay for the fine if you area caught with outside food.
  • There are NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS for any reason other than an act of god. If you do not check in by 9:45AM on the day of the show, you agree that your booth may be forfeited. Please enter "I agree that there are no refunds."
  • There are NO REFUNDS. This is an application only and does not constitute a vendor space until show approval. By electronically signing below, you confirm that you have READ and AGREE to our terms & conditions.
