- By signing below you are agreeing to adhereing to the following requirements: 1. Supply a hands on Arts & Crafts project that can be taken with the child once completed or a Carnival Game the child may play to win a prize. Please note: Coloring Pages or Small Spin to Win Wheels or similar will not be accepted. There will be no access to electricity or water. No exceptions. 2.Vendor is responsible for bringing all supplies, equipment, prizes, etc. The FORPD District has a limited # of Carnival Games that can be borrowed (please email Mary at mstoakley@forpd to inquire what is available). 3. Vendor should plan to have enough supplies and prizes for a minimum of 1,000 children. 4. The Arts & Crafts project or Carnival Game shall be the main focus of the booth. However, the vendor may market themselves with a banner or signage at their booth and hand out a flyer or marketing material on their offerings.
