IMPORTANT:   The email address that you put on this application is the email address that we use to communicate with you.  Please make sure it is the correct email.

Thank you for joining us.   As we prepare for 2025, there are some things that you need to be aware of.  
 
WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show.

Applications are generally juried within 2 to 3 hours after submission. If approved, your credit card will be charged immediately.

All vendors must pay the $30 application fee. 

ALL vendor tents need to have weights attached to each tent leg or be staked into the ground, if possible.

No music playing in your booth during the show.

No alcohol beverages in your booth during the show.

No sub leasing of your space. 

The vendor must be present at the show all days.
 
Weather permitting, vendors will be allowed to drive to their spot, unload quickly, and move their vehicle out of the vendor booth area.

Vendors should run on a generator since there is very limited electrical service.
