About the registration

Please register your booth for the ATX TRAFFIC Show on June 4th-5th, 2025. Be sure to select the booth size you need and any additional features to ensure your meetings are successful (e.g., power, extra tables, etc.). Each 10 x 10 booth space includes one 6' table and three chairs (for example, a 10 x 20 booth will consist of two tables and six chairs). Just so you know, power, Rolling racks, and additional features come at an extra cost, and power is not included in the booth space fee. TRAFFIC Show representatives experience the most success with pre-scheduled appointments, so contact your buyers to confirm they will be attending in Austin this June.

About the event

The TRAFFIC SHOW is a biannual wholesale trade show held at Palmer Event Center. Our target audience encompasses a diverse range of brands and lifestyles, including outdoor enthusiasts, active individuals, fashion aficionados, action sports participants, fitness enthusiasts, travelers, and others. We facilitate the convergence of products from various channels, enabling retailers to discover the essential products for their retail establishments. Through our partnership with CINCO KINGS, we create an inviting and conducive environment for brands and retailers to engage in business discussions. Terms & Conditions

**Terms and Conditions**

Your booth and rental arrangements will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Applications are eligible for refunds before April 1st, 2025. Refund/cancelation requests made between April 1st and May 1st , 2025, will be credited towards a future show. Cancelations made after May 1st, 2025, will not be refundable.

Show setup will commence on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, with move-in scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Setup must be completed by 6:30 p.m. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

The show schedule is as follows:

* Wednesday, June 4th, 2025: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

* Thursday, June 5th, 2025: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Please don't leave your booth before 5:00 pm and adjust your travel plans accordingly.

Happy Hour Drink Sponsorship	$900.00	Non-refundable	Every hour is happy hour, but afternoons are even better with a cocktail. Show appreciation to attending buyers by offering drink tickets for a cocktail on Wednesday afternoon after the orders have been closed. Who knows, maybe a new deal will be struck!
Coffee Sponsorship (2 days)	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	Energize meetings and revive those inventory spreadsheets with coffee and tea. It’s the perfect kickoff for the ATX TRAFFIC Show! This sponsorship covers coffee each morning for two days.
