Food Pop-up

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Queer Summer Market as a food pop-up vendor! This exciting event brings together LGBTQ+ and allied businesses, artists, and makers, and we are thrilled to offer a diverse selection of delicious food and drinks to attendees.

Food Vendor Requirements:

• We welcome LGBTQ+ and allied food trucks, pop-ups, and mobile vendors serving a variety of cuisines, beverages, and desserts.
• All vendors must have the necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required by local health and safety regulations.
• Food vendors must arrive on time for setup and remain open for the duration of the event.
• Vendors are responsible for all equipment, power needs, and cleanup of their area.

What You’ll Receive as a Vendor:

• A dedicated space at the Queer Summer Market with access to event attendees.
• Promotion through event marketing materials, including social media and email outreach.
• A chance to connect with the LGBTQ+ and allied community while showcasing your amazing food!

• Spaces are limited and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email.
• Refund Policy: If you need to cancel, a full refund is available if requested at least 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Closer to the event, you will receive setup and tear-down instructions.
