About the application

Join us for full day of music at the North Gwinnett Jazz Festival! Join us this year for an event you won't want to miss! NEW THIS YEAR: All vendors will be located at "The Landing" which has a huge visible presence from Hwy 20, and will be seen by all attendees for the festival!

A submitted application does not imply acceptance. All applicants will be notified as to the status of their application by April 11th. 2. Only one vendor or business allowed per booth.3. Any vendor who misrepresents the content or intent of their booth will be asked to leave the event area, with NO Refund.4. Only products approved by the City of Sugar Hill will be allowed to be sold at the event.5. Vendors must provide all their own props and equipment; to include weights and tie-downs for securing tents. Trash containers, restroom facilities, and eating areas will be provided. GENERATORS ARE REQUIRED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE APPLICANT. 6. All booth spaces will be outdoors.7. Booth set-up must be completed and ready to sell by 8:30 am. The estimated event end time for vendors is 9:00 pm. 8. Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their areas at the conclusion of the event. Booths must remain open and shall not be dismantled prior to the event's end. After the event, all merchandise must be packed, and the booth completely disassembled before vehicles will be allowed into the event area for loading and departure. 9. In case of inclement weather, the City of Sugar Hill will inform vendors if the event will be rescheduled, the event is RAIN or SHINE unless otherwise stated.10. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

About the event

Hosted by the North Gwinnett High School Jazz Program in coordination with the City of Sugar Hill, The NGJF is a showcase for local and regional educational jazz groups to perform for audiences and build community with each other. During the festival, 17 different ensembles will have the opportunity to perform for each other and the community and receive professional recordings, while also networking with other schools, local and regional colleges, and vendors. The festival will be a great time for the entire city, and is open to everyone to come enjoy fantastic jazz music! Be sure to stay all day, as there will be food trucks, craft vendors, and fun for the whole family. There will also be a featured guest ensemble - the professional Atlanta Lab Band, performing the some of the southeasts top musicians! MORE INFO:

I hereby apply for booth space for sale purposes in the City of Sugar Hill event. Having done so, I hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations previously set forth in this application. I further understand that failure to abide by said rules will result in my being removed from the event and I will not be invited nor included in future events sponsored by Sugar Hill. The City of Sugar Hill, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof, assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her/their personal effects, including goods for sale occurring on the premises or arising under Sugar Hill event activities and said exhibitors agree, contest, and acknowledge to hold the City of Sugar Hill harmless for any injury or loss. I have read and fully understand all the rules and guidelines of the City of Sugar Hill. I further understand that the approval of this application will be subject to the decision by a review board.
