About the application

Applications will be evaluated on a bi-weekly basis. Vendors will be charged booth fees on approval.
Priority will be on a first come, first serve basis, and repeat vendor status.
All vendors must upload images of booth and products.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Before June 1, 2025 – 50% refund; no refund after June 1, 2025.
20% discount for Swannanoa Valley non-profit or current Black Mountain Swannanoa Chamber Members. Please reach out to the Chamber for a discount code.
Prior to the event, all approved vendors must submit a certificate of liability insurance. Certificate of liability insurance must name Black Mountain Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Black Mountain as additional insured. General liability insurance limits required are $300,000 per occurrence and $600,000 aggregate; policy must include products and completed operations coverage.

About the event

Since 1977, historic Black Mountain has drawn in more than 30,000 annual attendees for the Sourwood Festival. This annual summer community celebration marks the beginning of the sourwood honey-selling season. This unique honey is gathered from the sourwood tree, a native tree in the Southern Appalachian region. Explore the allure of Black Mountain and find out why we proudly hold a ranking as one of the most picturesque towns in America. Downtown Black Mountain’s Sourwood Festival is a vibrant celebration of our bees and locally-produced sourwood honey, proudly presented by the Black Mountain Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce.

Arts and Craft Single Booth 10' x 10'- Sourwood Festival 2025	$350.00	Non-refundable	10x10 space. If electricity is needed, it is an additional $50.
Arts and Craft Double Booth 10' x 20'- Sourwood Festival 2025	$700.00	Non-refundable	10x20 space. If electricity is needed, it will be an additional $50.
