About the event

Palm Springs Pride Celebration 2025 Experience the vibrant energy of Palm Springs Pride, a multi-day celebration of love, diversity, and community! From November 6–9, downtown Palm Springs transforms into a colorful festival of music, entertainment, and LGBTQ+ pride. • Thursday, Nov 6 – Latin Pride on Arenas Road kicks off the celebration with music, dancing, and culture. • Friday, Nov 7 – Arenas District Pride Kick-Off sets the tone for a weekend of festivities. • Saturday, Nov 8 – The Pride Festival takes over multiple open-air venues with live performances, exhibitors, and community gatherings. • Sunday, Nov 9 – The festival continues, culminating in the Pride Parade, a dazzling display of unity and pride. This FREE and open-to-the-public event invites everyone to sip, sashay, and celebrate in the heart of Palm Springs. Join us as we honor the past, celebrate the present, and inspire the future of our LGBTQ+ community!

Terms & Conditions

Please see and sign the attached PDF for Rules and Regulations.
You must have your booth set up before 10 AM Saturday morning.
If you need to leave early you will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file.
Ensure you pick up your trash daily and use the provided trash cans throughout the market. There will be a trash disposal fee of $20 at the end of the Festival when we are cleaning and we see any personal trash items in your booth space.
If your business address is located in Palm Springs, you will need to submit a copy of your City of Palm Springs Business License. If your business address is outside of Palm Springs, you are required to obtain a temporary seller's permit. There is no charge for this permit.

10' x 10' Beverage or Prepackaged Food Only - 2-days	$700.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep for your health department-approved food service and sales tent. Does not include tables, chairs, lights. Included in the fee are the health department fee and the city temp vendor permit ordered by the Pride organization. Water: Running water is not provided on-site. You must supply your own fresh water if needed or as required by the health department. Does not include tables, chairs, lights, or the required food tent and ground cover. Included in the fee are the health department fee and the city temp vendor permit ordered by the Pride organization. Water: Running water is not provided on-site. You must supply your own fresh water if needed or as required by the health department. Electricity: Only 240 watts of power is provided during festival hours. Insurance for Sales Vendor	$100.00		You may use your own policy or purchase an Endorsement from GPSP’s event insurance carrier. GPSP makes efforts to provide an affordable insurance option for those who do not have an annual policy and are capable of naming GPSP as additional insured. We strongly encourage you to use your own broker. This item is available if you don't have another way to provide insurance.

11. I hereby certify that I will be open and present at my booth during all advertised hours during the days I choose at Palm Springs Pride. I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Palm Springs Pride staff and understand that failure to do so can result in immediate expulsion. I will have no illegal substances or weapons on my person or in my booth or vehicle during the festival. I also understand and agree that Palm Springs Pride reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any vendor for any reason.

If the answer is no, please obtain and email a copy of your Temporary Seller's Permit to exhibitor@pspride.org. Refer to the Sample Temporary Seller's Permit instructions above for information. Additionally, please note that Temporary Seller's Permits will not be available for Palm Springs Pride exhibitors until August 8th.

Picture requirements

Minimum pictures required: 3
Include photos that show your entire sales, food prep, and cooking areas, as well as the front and back of your booth. Signage can not exceed the width of your space and cannot be higher than 8'. The back of your booth must be kept clean, organized, and presentable to the public.
