2025 Non-Profit Beverage Partner Interest Form

Denver Pride has multiple beverage locations onsite and we partner with local nonprofits to help provide the people-power for the beverage stands.
 
Beverage stands are managed by Denver Pride's Beverage Team, but we are looking for nonprofits to help sell the product. In return, The Center on Colfax, the nonprofit behind Denver Pride, will make a donation back to the nonprofits for their efforts. 
 
Rates:
$800/day - Beer Stand: Require 10-12 volunteers at all times
$800/day - Cocktail Stand: Requires 10-12 volunteers at all times
$800/day - Sober Area: Requires 8-10 volunteers at all times
$600/day - Soda Stand: Requires 8-10 volunteers at all times
$200 Bonus if your group participates both days, all shifts. You can switch out volunteers throughout the day. We have recommend shift schedules, but your group has the flexibility to design your own schedule. In addition, your organization has the opportunity to collect monetary tips onsite. Your organization will be completely responsible for collecting and managing tips. Festival food & drink tickets cannot be redeemed for cash. Tip jars can include Venmo or other similar pay apps. The Denver Pride Beverage Team and/or The Center on Colfax staff cannot and will not be involved in your tip collection.

Nonprofits who are assigned an alcohol stand will need to send 1-2 leaders to an alcohol safety training in June. They will take the TIPS certification class and a class fee of $45 per student will be deducted from their donation. The TIPS certification can be used for other events and is not exclusive to Denver Pride. 
 
If selected, an agreement will be sent out to secure your participation. A completed W9 is needed for donation payment.
