PHX FEST VENDOR RULES & GUIDELINES​VENDOR ACCEPTANCE
Vendor Applications, nonrefundable registration fee, and all supporting documentation must be submitted by October 1st. PHX Fest is not responsible for applications that do not include the necessary documentation.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Due to the limited space, vendor selection will be based on products/services, completion of paperwork, and payment.
PHX Fest staff reserves the right to limit the number of vendors in all categories. Application fees will be refunded to any vendor not approved.
Vendors may not share a booth with another business, unless pre-approved.
All vendors collecting payment for products or services at the event must hold a current City of Phoenix Tax Privilege License.
All vendors are required to carry appropriate licensing and permits for Maricopa County, City of Phoenix, and State of Arizona.
BOOTH REQUIREMENTS
Exclusivity is not guaranteed to any vendor.
Booth space is not reserved until payment is received.
Booth locations for each vendor are strategically assigned by festival staff. Vendor locations are non-negotiable.
Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary items to operate this includes tents, tables, serving items and point of sale system. Vendors are responsible for setup and teardown of all signage, tents, tables, and equipment.
You may use only your assigned space.
Vehicles are NOT allowed to drive into the event site for load-in/out. You must come prepared with appropriate staff and dolly/handcart to bring your items into the park.
All vendors will receive a confirmation letter regarding loadâ€in/out times.
In an effort to protect your space and maintain cleanliness of the event, any vendor not staffing their booth for the duration of the event will be fined $100.Vendors are responsible for taking their own trash to the dumpster provided by the festival. Any vendor who leaves trash at their space is subject to a fine of up to $200.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum $1 million General Liability policy with the following listed as additionally insured:PHX Fest, LLC214 E. Roosevelt St.Phoenix, AZ 85004
ADDITIONAL TERMS & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
PHX Fest participants and their employees are expected to serve as a positive representation of the festival and abide by all rules set forth by the festival producers (PHX Fest, LLC). At no time should vendors engage in any illegal activities. Any vendor found engaging in illegal activities or activities in violation of the rules stated above can be fined and/or immediately removed from the festival. PHX Fest employees, related festival providers and participating sponsors will not be responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur to the vendor, its employees or property prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the vending contract. The vendor signing this contract expressly releases all of the aforementioned parties from any and all claims from such loss, damage or injury. PHX Fest is grateful for the support of our sponsors. All vendors are expected to work with our sponsors and follow contract specifications when applicable. This event will be photographed and/or videotaped. By participation in this event, you hereby consent to the use of your likeness or image in those photographs or video for future promotional consideration by PHX Fest.
