MumFest Entertainer Application ONLY. If you are interested in becoming a performer or entertainer at MumFest 2025, please apply here. Once your application is submitted, you will be notified within two weeks whether or not you have been accepted. If you are accepted, one of our team members will contact you via email with an entertainment contract and further information. We look forward to reviewing your application!

Siwss Bear, Inc. and its employees assume no liability or responsibility for injury loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate effects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under MumFest activities. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
