Bienvenidos to the application process for becoming a vendor at Fiesta by VIDA! We're excited to invite artists, local makers, jewelry artisans, and food vendors to join us in showcasing their unique offerings at our events. This vibrant celebration is hosted in the beautiful and historic downtown of Sonoma Valley, providing the perfect setting to share your talents with the community.

For five years, VIDA has been honored to grow and continue this event, filling the Sonoma Plaza with vibrant colors, enticing aromas, rich traditions, and joyful smiles. From the beautifully handcrafted artwork to the mouthwatering scents of delicious food, Fiesta by VIDA transforms the plaza into a lively, welcoming space where culture and creativity come to life. We can't wait for you to be a part of this unforgettable celebration!

 At VIDA, we host year-long events at both the Old Courthouse Square in downtown Santa Rosa and the Historic Sonoma Plaza. Each of our events carries a vibrant Latino theme, celebrating cultural icons such as Selena and Frida Kahlo, as well as traditions like Día de Muertos and more!
 
If you're passionate about sharing your creations and connecting with our comunidad, we encourage you to apply for a booth at our upcoming events. Whether you're a seasoned vendor or new to the scene, we welcome your participation in creating memorable experiences for our attendees.

Please be aware that this application constitutes an electronic agreement. By selecting your booths, you are electronically confirming and endorsing this agreement.

It is important to note that food vendor applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, we strive to offer a variety of food options for attendees, which means we may deny applications if too many vendors offer similar foods.
 
Please be advised that upon approval of your application, payment will be automatically processed. It's essential to understand that any issues with payment may impact the status of your application. 
Non-refundable Important Reminders to Vendors:1) The City of Sonoma has a ban on styrofoam and plastic. For example: you may not use straws, plastic forks or sell plastic toys/balloons etc. 2) You must obtain a copy of your City of Sonoma business permit, please send a copy of the permit via platform messages to the organizer.

 ***Please Note: The participation fees for this special event are higher than our Sueños Market series. This is due to being a full-day festival that attracts 5k+ attendees. Your contribution goes towards ensuring the sustainability and success of the event, covering expenses such as permits, security, entertainment, and other logistical aspects.**
