Please read in its entirety:
1. Designated Location:
- Vendors will be assigned a designated location, subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer.
2. Responsibilities:
- Vendors are responsible for their setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Compliance with local health and safety regulations and obtaining necessary permits is mandatory.
3. Utilities:
- Water will be available for the duration of the event. Only electricity hook ups are available for the duration of the event including throughout the night.
4. Generator:
- Vendor must have an inverter generator such as Honda EU7000iS, 9500 Predator or similar to operate during the event.
5.Menu Submission:
- Vendors must submit their final menu at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Sale of food not on the submitted menu is not allowed.
- Changes require written approval from the organizer.
6. Event Fee:
- A non-refundable event fee of $300.00 is due upon vendor application approval.
- The event is rain or shine.
7. Insurance and Safety:
- Vendors must have liability insurance and provide proof of coverage.
- Maintain a clean and safe food preparation area.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, regulations, and permits.
8. Promotion:
- Organizer may include vendor information in promotional materials.
- Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation.
9. Termination:
- The Organizer reserves the right to terminate participation if terms are not met.
10. Liability:
- La Izquierda Fest organization and its agents will NOT be responsible and cannot be held liable for theft or accidents. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless its volunteers or agents from any and all claims, causes of actions, suits, damages, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected in any way with the event.
11. Compliance:
- Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, insurance, business licenses, and sales tax permits.
12. Damage Responsibility:
- Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the rented space during the event.
13. Agreement:
- Vendors acknowledge and agree to abide by the outlined terms. We look forward to your participation, rain or shine!
