Welcome to Berks Pride Fest hosted by Reading Pride Celebration! Since 2006, this annual celebration has grown in size and attendance each year. Vendors play a vital role in creating a vibrant and engaging experience by offering information, services, and goods to the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. Each year, we welcome an increasingly diverse range of vendors, each contributing something unique that captures the interest of attendees.

This is an electronic agreement: by submitting your application, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined by Reading Pride. Please review the application carefully and reach out with any questions.

About the Event

Berks Pride Fest is the oldest and largest event of its kind in the region, continuing to grow after 19 successful years. Last year’s festival attracted over 5,000 attendees, 130 vendors, 15 food trucks, and 30 performers. To ensure availability, sponsors, vendors, and entertainers are encouraged to complete applications early.

If you don’t see an opportunity that fits your needs, please contact us to explore custom options. Members of the Berks LGBTQ+ Business Alliance are eligible for discounted fees – just contact us after submitting your application. The Alliance program is currently being revamped, and we encourage you to consider joining once it relaunches.

About the event

The Reading Pride LGBTQ+ Pride festival is the oldest and largest festival of its kind in the area celebrating its 19th anniversary in 2025. Vendor applications are now live! Sponsor & entertainer applications as well as admission tickets will be available soon. There are many sponsorship opportunities, but if you don't see one that suits your needs, please feel free to reach out. We will be pleased to discuss options.

Application fee	$15.00	Non-refundable	There is a $15 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon submission.
Food Truck or Stand (up to 16 ft long)	$220.00	Non-refundable	Single space is 16 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
LGBTQ+ Owned Food Truck or Stand (up to 16 ft long)	$195.00	Non-refundable	Single space is 16 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
Food Trailers (between 16 ft and 25 ft)	$275.00	Non-refundable
LGBTQ+ Owned Food Trailers (between 16 ft and 25 ft)	$220.00	Non-refundable
Beverage Booth (Non-Alcoholic)	$165.00	Non-refundable

Electrical Outlet	$25.00	Non-refundable	We have a limited number of electrical outlets available. Select this option if you require electric. All vendors selecting this option will have their booths placed as close to an outlet as possible. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords and for covering the cords to avoid trips & falls. Any vendor found connected to an outlet without selecting this option or inquiring about availability and paying for it that day, will be subject to the Non-Compliance Fee.
