About the event

We are so excited to announce The 5th Annual Shelbyville Fall Art & Craft Festival! A two-day event featuring over 150 artists, crafters, music, food trucks from around the region. We will have a children's area featuring a petting zoo, face painters & more! A fun and dog-friendly event located at the Shelby County Fairgrounds. We welcome artists, crafters, and authors to offer their wares ranging from metal, jewelry, glass, candle, soap, wood, paper, decorative fiber, oil paint, watercolors, ceramics, basketry, jams, honey, breads, bakery items and much, much more! Dates and Times of the Event Saturday, August 30th, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday, August 31st, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Terms & Conditions

ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS Updated 111/24/2024

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.

No refunds after booth assignments have been sent out.

No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows.

Past participation of an ArtSpark produced event.

Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.

Please only submit close up pictures of your art for advertising purposes.

Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc. If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.

Please keep your items within your booth space.

No selling in the aisles or elsewhere on the campus.

No sales are permitted outside your space.

To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.

Set up is Saturday morning between 7 AM - 9:45 AM

Show will open at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm on Sunday!

No music allowed except approved by show management.

There are a limited number of electric connections on the grounds.

Please notate on your application if you need electric. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Generators are allowed with prior approval.

Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.

By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
