| Booth Fee | $350.00 | Non-refundable | This includes a 10'x20' booth space. All vendor equipment must fit within the 10'x20' space allotted; If not you will be required to purchase a larger booth space. |
| WATER SALES BOOTH / NON-PROFIT GROUPS ONLY | $75.00 | Non-refundable | This space offered as a 10'x10' for water sales and non-profit groups ONLY. |
| Vendor Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations will result in vendor being charged a $250 fee at time of occurrence. |
| Late Fee | $100.00 | Non-refundable | A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the March 10, 2025, deadline. |
