Non-Food Vendor (w/ Electricity) > Schererville Fest 2025 < June 4th-8th

The Schererville Park Department is now making preparations for our annual Celebrate Schererville Parade and Festival.  As always, this year’s festival will be a five-day event at Redar Park on June 4th-8th. The festival has continued to grow since its inception in 1991 with the generous support of many businesses and the Town of Schererville. The non-food vendor application with rules has been enclosed for your convenience.  Please note that all applications and items to be sold are subject to approval.  To insure your participation in the fest the application must be completed by May 19th, 2025  After this deadline, applications will be DENIED.  

The festival hours will be as follows:  

• Wednesday & Thursday, 5:00pm-11:00pm
• Friday, 5:00pm-11:30pm
• Saturday, 2:00pm-11:30pm
• Sunday 2:00pm-10:00pm

• Fee includes one space for one 10x10 tent only.  Additional electrical hook-ups (re: lights, etc.) separate from booth will have a $100.00 hook-up fee per plug plus tax and fees. 
• Set up time will be Wednesday, June 4th starting at 12pm and ending by 3pm.  Vendors are expected to operate during event hours.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing all supplies and equipment necessary for their set up and operation. Refunds will not be given unless the Park Department cancels the event in its entirety.

 Waiver & Release Of All ClaimsI, the participant in this event/program, recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury and I agree and assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which the participant (s) may sustain as a result of participating in all activities connected with or associated with such program.  I, the participant in this event/program, agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I or the participants may have as a result of participating in the programs against the above named entity and its agents, officers, servants, and employees. I, the participant in this event/program agree to fully release and discharge the above named and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims for injuries, including death, damage or loss which I or any participants may have or which occur to me or the participants on account of participation in the above programs.  I, the participant in this event/program further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the above named entity and its officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, and/or losses sustained by the participants and arising out of, connecting with, or in any way associated with the activities of the above programs. I have read and fully understand the above program details and I fully understand that “This is a release of all claims”. The Vendor understands that exclusivity on products for sale and location of set up is not guaranteed.  I agree that I have read and accepted the terms of this application
