About the application
By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the categories of arts and crafts to the show.
This is a juried show- there is no fee!
Applications will be scored on the following:
Originality
Technical Proficiency
Consistency
Presentation
The second round of applications are now open! Notification will be sent to you as quickly as possible. Once you are accepted and approved, your card will be charged. If you credit card is rejected, you will be placed on the waitlist and you will have 5 days to correct, or your space is forfeited.
The show reserves the right to accept or reject any new of returning application.
ONLY ONE MEDIUM/CATEGORY OF ART WILL BE ACCEPTED PER BOOTH SPACE
This selective process means each artisan will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from.
NO BUY/RESELL! Commercial or imported items, items made from kits or green-ware, mass-produced items are NOT accepted.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
The application will ask you to make sure that all items in your booth are handmade by you. You will also need to state that you have read and understood the parking instructions and restrictions outlined below. PLEASE READ!
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Beginning January 1, 2023, there is a new Kentucky statute that states that sales tax on booth space rental.
CORY NEUMAYER AWARD
Please submit close up pictures of your art and 1 booth picture. A cash prize of $500.00 & a plaque will be awarded to the artisan that best showcase their art. This award is a way to honor Corie Neumayer, the heart and soul of Nunnlea Craft Fair, for her dedication and unwavering support for local artists.
You also have the opportunity to sell your work by setting up your own online store through Eventeny. We have step-by-step instructions attached. Or you can access their website for instructions.

Dates and Times for move-in:
Friday, September 26th from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday, September 27th from 7:00 am - 9:30 am
FOR MOVE IN SATURDAY MORNING -YOU MUST BE IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING INTO YOUR BOOTH BY 9:30 OR YOU SPACE IS FORFEITED TO YOUR NEIGHBORS TO SPREAD OUT.
We will try to accommodate you in a space, if one is available.
The show will open rain or shine. Please bring sufficient protection.
No single day entries will be accepted.
Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be properly secured using tie-downs or weights.
White tents are NOT required.
Please keep your items within your booth space.
No sales are permitted outside your space. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application. We will be circulating during the show to ensure that all work shown is in compliance with these guidelines.
THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
You may leave your set up overnight Friday and Saturday night as we will have security there all-night. Artists must cover displays and products overnight. We recommend each artisan obtain general liability insurance, as the show's insurance does NOT extend coverage for exhibit damage, theft, or bodily injury.
No music allowed except approved by show management.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
VENDOR PARKING!
Vendors are required to park in the shopping center across from the Nunnlea House on Hurstbourne Lane. Behind O'Charley's & Cane's.
We will provide a shuttle on Saturday from 7:00 am - 10:00 am for you to park your vehicle. After the show from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm to drop you off at your vehicle.
The shuttle will also be available Sunday 9:00 am - 11:00 am, 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm to retrieve your vehicle from the parking lot.
This service is provided so that there is ample customer parking as we are taking all of the front lawn for booth spaces.
All vendor vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the shopping center parking lot across from the house on Hurstbourne Lane by 9:45 am Saturday morning.
NO PARKING WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS OR ON THE STREET SURROUNDING NUNNLEA HOUSE.
If you arrive before or after these times and/or do not want to take the shuttle. There is a crosswalk across Hurstbourne Lane in front of O'Charley's. Please know you are crossing SEVEN traffic lanes and do so at your own risk.
Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm Sunday!
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions & the Nunnlea Beautification League, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
