About the application

Businesses and Organizations - includes small businesses, corporations and NPO's

Fee per 10' x 10' booth space ranges from $250 and up based on the type of business, booth placement and level of sponsorship participation (if applicable)
Businesses may opt to reserve up to (1) additional 10' x 10' booth space
Businesses that operate from a mobile truck or trailer may have additional fee applied

Select businesses will have the opportunity to participate as either Event Sponsors or Activity Sponsors. This allows us to maximize value for our corporate partners while increasing the overall quality of the event for attendees. The events committee will review each application based on the following criteria:

Locality of Business / Organization to the Lake Norman / Greater Charlotte area
Quality of Product or Service
Relevance to Event-specific Theme (if applicable)
Interactive Element for Event Attendees
1. By providing an interactive element to your booth, you increase the chances of attracting event attendees while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Acceptance response notifications will begin to be issued Jan 20 through the deadline July 4.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor spaces are 10’x10’ and exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own materials including tent, tables, chairs, etc.
A limited amount of tents, tables and folding chairs are available for rent. Vendors will be able to reserve these items during the final step of this application.
There is an additional charge for electricity access which can added during the final step of this application.

We do NOT accept direct sales representatives (e.g. Mary Kay, Scentsy, LipSense, Paparazzi, etc.).

Reservation fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to: events@bellacreativegroup.com.

NOTE: Certain businesses and industries will only be allowed to participate as Event or Activity Sponsors. You will be contacted by an event representative to discuss options and details.

Prices

Single booth	$250.00	Non-refundable	If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Electrical Access (OPTIONAL)	$45.00	Non-refundable	Participants will have access to electricity. Please bring an extension cord at least 25 ft long. Restrictions may apply. If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Table (OPTIONAL)	$10.00	Non-refundable	6 foot folding table available to rent for the event. If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Chair (OPTIONAL)	$5.00	Non-refundable	Folding chair available to rent for the event. If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Pop-Up Tent (OPTONAL)	$75.00	Non-refundable	Don't have a Pop-up tent? No problem, rent a sturdy white 10' x 10' tent (with weights). If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
Trailer or Cart Space (OPTIONAL)	$50.00	Non-refundable	A trailer or cart which occupies more than a 10' x 10' booth space. If accepted, your card will be charged 3 weeks prior to the event.
