Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Categories: Artists may apply in 1 category.

All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.

Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.

Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.

Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted.

Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.

Jewelry: Original work only. 

Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal.

Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.

Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.

Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.

Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable.

Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed.

Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.

Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works.

Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

Each application has a nonrefundable fee of $10.  (Please note that applications received after July 1st will have an additional $10 fee.). For full rules and regulations, please see the document linked below.

Artwork must be original, designed and produced by the exhibiting artist. 
All work must be for sale. 
Artists may only show work in categories and body of work selected by the Jury. All work exhibited must be of the quality, category, and body of work of that shown in the images juried. 
Exhibitors display all works at their own risk.  The Alpine Art Festival, Star Valley Arts Council, the Bank of Jackson Hole, and Town of Alpine are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of an exhibitor‘s property, or personal injury resulting from participation in the Art Fairs. Assistance from festival staff or volunteers will not be available for booth set-up or breakdown.
In case of inclement weather, the Alpine Art Fair will be set up in the Alpine Civic Center.
The Alpine Art Fair committee will assign booth locations.  Assignments will be sent via email by August 8th.

Early Bird Application Deadline:  July 1st
Late Applications will be accepted through August 1st for an additional $10 fee.
Notice of Acceptance and/or Waitlist Status:  On or before July 7th.
*Late Applicants will be notified of acceptance within 7 days of submitted application.  Deadline to pay booth fee will be 14 days after notification.
