New Entry Procedure:
To streamline setup and improve traffic flow during festival preparation, assigned entry times will now be implemented.
Vendors will be given specific times to enter the festival grounds based on their assigned location.
Notification: Entry times will be sent via email prior to the festival.
Acknowledgment Required: Vendors must confirm receipt of this email and confirm their attendance at the assigned time.
Failure to acknowledge the email or arrive at the designated time may result in delays or loss of the assigned location.
Application Process Updates:
Registration:
All vendors are required to register and pay online via Eventeny.
Non-refundable Down Payment: A $60 deposit must be submitted with the application.
Balance Due Date: Invoices for remaining balances will be issued and must be paid in full by August 1, 2025.
Failure to pay the balance by August 1 will result in forfeiture of your reserved space, and a late fee will apply.

Important Deadlines:
June 1, 2025: Deadline for $60 deposit and documents to retain your prior year’s space.
August 1, 2025: Deadline for full payment and all required documentation.
Decisions: All decisions by the Craft Show Chair and Festival Director are final.
Fees: Booth spaces are $60 flat fee (covers all festival days). Electric service is $10 per day.
Tents: Exhibitors must provide their own flame-retardant tents, properly weighted down.
Fire Safety: A minimum 5 lb. fire extinguisher is required and will be inspected by the Bucyrus Fire Department.
Licensing: Exhibitors must have a valid Ohio vendor’s license and are responsible for collecting Ohio Sales Tax.
Insurance: A $1,000,000 Certificate of Insurance is required, listing Bratwurst Festival, Inc. as the Certificate Holder.
Electricity: Exhibitors must use UL-listed cords to connect directly to the panel. Piggybacking is not permitted.
Setup and Hours:
Setup must be completed by 10:30 AM daily.
Displays must remain intact until 9:00 PM each day.
No vehicles are allowed in the festival area. One parking pass will be provided.
Booth Usage:
Product Guidelines:
All work must be original and handmade. Repurposed items and photography are allowed. No kits, commercial molds, or weapons are permitted.
Craft media may be restricted at the discretion of Bratwurst Festival, Inc.
Dress Code: Business casual attire is required; German-style costumes are encouraged.
Pets: No pets are allowed in the craft exhibitor areas.
Display:
Tables must be draped to the ground on all sides, with clutter stored underneath.
Nothing can be left in front of tables or between spaces.
Family-Friendly Environment: Maintain respect and professionalism at all times.
Security: Overnight security will patrol the grounds, but exhibitors are responsible for securing their valuables.
Supplies: Exhibitors must provide all necessary items, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and extension cords.
Deadlines:
Reservations are due by July 1, 2025.
Returning exhibitors must meet this deadline to retain their previous year’s space.
Reservations are non-refundable.
Late applications will be considered based on space availability.
Confirmation: Space assignments and details will be emailed to all exhibitors
The craft show will be located on West Rensselaer Street. You will receive an email, depending on which dates you’ll be attending, when your time slot to set up is.
