Rules & Regulations

Setup & Breakdown
- Vendors must set up between 10:30am-12:30 p.m. and keep all items within their designated booth space.
- A 20-foot clearance must be maintained for emergency vehicles.
- Breakdown will be at 5:00 p.m. Do not break down early; violations may result in probation
Cleanliness
- Keep your area clean and dispose of trash responsibly. Vendors providing samples must have a trash receptacle onsite.
Conduct
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during festival hours.
Review Fire Department checklist for onsite cooking regulations.
