Become a part of Vacaville’s Multicultural Festival by hosting an informational booth for your cultural or faith based organization.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, share your organization's programs and initiatives, and highlight how you celebrate and embrace cultural heritage.

Your booth can include information about your organization's cultural initiatives, community activities, and any programs that promote understanding and appreciation of diversity.

Rules & Regulations

• Setup & Breakdown
  • Vendors must set up between 10:30am-12:30 p.m. and keep all items within their designated booth space.
  • A 20-foot clearance must be maintained for emergency vehicles.
  • Breakdown will be at 5:00 p.m. Do not break down early; violations may result in probation
• Cleanliness
  • Keep your area clean and dispose of trash responsibly. Vendors providing samples must have a trash receptacle onsite.
• Conduct
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited during festival hours.
