2025 Boulevardia Food Vendor Guidelines. The following items apply to all vendors unless specified otherwise in writing.• By agreeing to the terms & conditions of this document you acknowledge that you will pay at the conclusion of the 2025 Boulevardia Festival 10% of your gross sales to Boulevardia. The 10% payment must be received by June 30th, 2025. Failure to do so will forfeit your invitation to Boulevardia 2026.• Vendors will supply to BOULEVARDIA a list of all items intended for sale or display at the festival. BOULEVARDIA has the right to disallow any item or items from being available at the festival. It is necessary to list all food items you intend to sell on the electric from provided• If you are bringing a refrigerated truck you MUST let Boulevardia know and there will be a $500 charge to bring a truck. NO EXCEPTIONS. All refrigerated trucks will not be parked inside of the grounds, but in a parking lot near the grounds with a vendor only entrance where you can dolly your products in and out. All trucks MUST be off site by 10 a.m. Sunday, June 15th as that is the last day Boulevardia has a lease on the grounds. Property owners will tow any remaining vehicles or trucks. • There will be designated areas for food & beverage booths. BOULEVARDIA will decide on booth placement. You MUST adhere to load in and load out times• BOULEVARDIA will take place rain or shine and all fees are nonrefundable.• Each vendor will be given eight “Vendor Passes” per day for the purpose of permitting staff to gain entrance to the festival grounds. • Vendors will be expected to have their booths completely set up at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the festival each day. We will be in touch at the end of May regarding load-in instructions. You must adhere to the Boulevardia load and load-out times for ease of all food vendors. Vendors are required to remain open till closing time on all days of the festival.• Exhibitors will be told of drop-off sites for loading and unloading their wares, and also locations to park their vehicles during the event. No vehicles will be allowed on festival grounds during operational hours.• Vendors will be allowed to sell their items only to persons on the festival grounds. • BOULEVARDIA retains the right to disallow access to any vendor or employee if their dress is deemed inappropriate. • Vendors are NOT ALLOWED to bring in alcoholic beverages. Vendors will not be allowed to consume any alcoholic beverages while working at the festival. Vendors will comply with all local, city, and state health and liquor control rules and regulations. Vendors will supply all necessary items, etc., to accomplish these goals, including but not limited to fire extinguishers.• Grease disposal is the responsibility of the vendor and must be disposed of properly, in accordance with Health Department and EPA standards. • Vendors are asked to respect the festival grounds. Please place temporary flooring if using grease or other products that can leave marks on the grounds. • BOULEVARDIA will provide trash removal throughout the event. Vendors are responsible for the condition and cleanliness of their site during festival hours and after teardown. Site condition and cleanliness will be factors in determining vendor participation in 2025. Remember sustainability is very important to Boulevardia. We will have a recycling system in place and ask for you to use compostable products. This is a requirement for 2025.• Boulevardia management is responsible for public safety. If the grounds need to be evacuated for any reason such as weather or another unforeseen incident. Vendors must comply with Boulevardia managements decisions and must stop selling immediately if told to do so by Boulevardia Management• Vendors are NOT ALLOWED to sell any beverages.• INSURANCE – All vendors must provide BOULEVARDIA with certificate of insurance that lists BOULEVARDIA as additionally insured under a $1 million general liability insurance policy. Food vendors MUST provide all electrical needs to the festival. • If you do not have a yearly health permit with KCMO you must fill out a temporary health permit and turn it in to Boulevardia. We will provide that to you after your acceptance.
