Family Fun Day

We're looking for family & kid-friendly vendors for our Family Fun Day! This fun-centric event will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 3PM-7PM at Walter Elisha Park, 345 N. White Street. We'll have delicious food, fun activities and vendors, Kids Celebration Game Show on the Amphitheater Stage followed by a Movie in the Park. 

If you are a vendor that has something for families and kids to enjoy, learn, or experience, then this event is for you! 

Please complete the application and submit by February 7, 2025. You will be notified if you are Approved or put on the Wait List by February 12. 

1. Vendors must be family & kid-friendly!
2. There is no fee for approved vendors. 
3. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance and vendor space.
4. Applications are accepted on a space-available basis.
5. Provide clear and accurate description of your products on the application.
6. If you sell unapproved items of any type, you may be asked to leave.
7. The Town cannot guarantee that other vendors will not duplicate your type of crafts or items.
8. All applications must be received by February 7, 2025.
9. You must read all the details communicated with you by the Town, including emails, Fire Safety Guidelines and Event Rules & Guidelines.
10. Load-in will be 12:30PM-2PM. All details will be emailed to you prior to the event.
11. I understand the Town of Fort Mill reserves the right to reject any application. I also understand that I am responsible for reading and adhering to the vendor rules and regulations as established by the Town of Fort Mill, as well as any applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. I hereby release Town of Fort Mill, all sponsors, promoters, and festival organizers from any and all claims of sickness, injury or damages resulting from my participation in this event. I further understand that there will be no refunds in the event of cancellation by myself or by the Town of Fort Mill. By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Town of Fort Mill. I understand that only items included in this application and approved by the Town of Fort Mill may be sold and/or given away during the event. I also consent to the Town of Fort Mill utilizing my photograph, image, and/or sound in promotional materials, including print, broadcast, and online media.
