Calling all gypsy souls and hippie spirits… junk seekers and rust lovers… shop ’til you drop good time havers!! Come see us for a country shopping festival like no other! Dealers, artisans and makers will come together for this two day, carefully curated, one of a kind barn sale and craft fair! We’ve got a passion for all things rusty, dusty, and handmade— and we are excited to celebrate it and bring this experience to you!! Vintage and antique finds, artisan foods, upcycled goods, boutique clothing, unique art, handmade goods, and so much more! Delicious food trucks, beer, wine, mimosas. farm animals, fun photo ops, and more! Grab your friends, head on out to The Ranch! Friday and Saturday: 10am-4pm, $10 admission Kids under 10 and parking are both free! Family and pet friendly! Mark your calendars now! One ticket is good ALL WEEKEND LONG!!

Terms & Conditions

NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND BOOTH. Please go out to your car if you need a smoke break.

• All booths must be opened and staffed from 10am-4pm, both days
• Vendors are expected to be courteous to one another, and customers. Foul language or aggressive behavior towards any guest or employee will result in immediate removal.• Vendors will be responsible for bringing all their own tools, chairs, trash bags, extension cords, zip ties, and anything else needed to set up your entire booth and display. Please also bring help if you need assistance with heavy items.
• Vendors must be checked in and set-up by Thursday night.
• No gas appliances or flame of ANY kind is allowed.
• Please do not use any large nails or staple guns on the walls. Command strips and small tack nails are fine. **You must REMOVE anything used on the walls!!!**
• If you are requesting electric- bring extension cords!! We will do our very best to accommodate electricity, but it is limited. Electricity is only for display purposes. **No electricity in outside spaces.**
• Spaces will be marked. Please keep your setup within your marked area and respect your neighbor.
• If you plan to store crates, boxes, additional inventory, or anything beneath your table or within your booth, please bring a floor length table cover. These items must be out of sight.
• We will NOT be providing booth dividers. It is recommended that you build, rent, bring some sort of rear booth divider for your space. 12x12 stalls DO NOT need a divider!
• Clean up of your booth is NOT to begin prior to 4pm. No exceptions Please bag and remove all trash from your booth area after clean up. There is a tan dumpster in the parking lot for trash. Dispose of your trash! If you have a mess in your booth space, sweep it up! There will be a $50 cleaning fee for excessive mess/trash (cut zip ties, tape on the floor, trash piled up, nails/tacks in the wall, etc). Please leave your space as you found it!
• 181 Ranch will not be responsible for submitting taxes on a vendor’s behalf. Vendors will be responsible for collecting and submitting taxes to the State of Oklahoma. County tax only. Current rate: 4.8%
• 181 Ranch and its’ associates are not responsible for fire, theft, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances that may damage/injure your property, self, or guests.
The barn will be closed and locked at night. The property is gated and management lives on site

Arena 10x10	$200.00	Non-refundable	10x10 space on wood floor inside main barn
Arena Corner Upgrade	$25.00	Non-refundable	Guaranteed Corner space inside the arena (Must also select 10x10 arena booth space)
Stall 12x12	$200.00	Non-refundable	12x12 inside a horse stall. Shavings on the floor. 4 walls
INSIDE electricity	$20.00	Non-refundable	Electricity for arena and stall spaces. NOT AVAILABLE OUTSIDE
Festival Tent	$180.00	Non-refundable	10x10 under a festival pole tent. No sides. You will NOT need your own canopy.
Outside 10x10	$130.00	Non-refundable	Outside 10x10 booth on grass/gravel. You must provide your own canopy.
Outside Corner	$20.00	Non-refundable	Guaranteed corner placement outside
Boutique Trailer	$210.00	Non-refundable	Space for trailer up to 24 feet. If you need more space please also select a 10x10 outdoor space to accommodate.
