WHAT WE PROVIDE: Electricity and water are provided upon request. Please bring 50/30amp extension cords. Dumpsters are also available for your convenience, please use those rather than trash barrels. Please use labeled grease barrels.
MENU/SIGNAGE: Please provide your menu items on the application; we do not want to have numerous vendors selling the same thing so it is not guaranteed that you will be able to offer your entire menu. We will tell you what items have been approved in your acceptance letter. Menu Display Boards with pricing using a minimum of 1” bold lettering (visible from 10’ away) are required and must always be visible.
INSURANCE/HEALTH DEPARTMENT: Proof of liability insurance is required to be submitted once your application has been accepted. Local and state health codes must be adhered to. For more information contact District Health Department #10, 916 Diana St., Ludington, MI 49431, (231) 316-8556.
GREASE/TRASH: No grease or gray water is to be poured onto the ground or down any drains. Anyone found doing this will be asked to leave the event. You are responsible for any & all environmental cleanup costs. Trash: Vendors are responsible to properly bag trash within your sales location. A dumpster is provided for your convenience.
WATER/ELECTRIC/ICE: Please bring appropriate hoses, hose connections, & transport buckets. Ice bags are available for food vendors at cost.
ELECTRIC: Please clearly list your electrical needs on the application. Electrical needs not specifically stated on application are not guaranteed. You are required to provide 30/50/100 amp extension cords. 110, 30amps, 50amps available. Damage caused to electrical equipment by unauthorized vendors will be held liable for the cost of repairs. Additional or special electrical need requested on-site may result in additional fees.
COMPENSATION AGREEMENT
In addition to booth fee, vendor agrees to pay the Festival 20% of total daily sales. Booth fee includes a designated location on festival grounds to park and sell, unlimited use of water, electricity, and dumpsters (ice bags for sale in the pavilion). The Festival has the right to request proof of transactions and total sales.
