Welcome to the 2nd Annual Huntley Food Truck Frenzy! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by signing below, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

• The Huntley Park District reserves the right to choose exhibitors by compatibility to the nature of the event. We reserve the right to refuse vendors if we feel it would not be the right fit.
• Submission of this application does not mean your booth has been accepted into the event. Approval or Denial notifications will be sent to each vendor via Eventeny, once reviewed by Park District staff. 
• Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance, naming "the Huntley Park District as additional insured."
• If approved, placement of your vendor booth and details for the event will be discussed with you by HPD staff as the event gets closer. Tents are not being provided for this event. If you are bringing your own tent, it must be staked in ground or held down with 30lb weights.
• The Huntley Park Distirct will try to limit the number of vendors with a similar product to provide our patrons with variety while still allowing our vendors the opportunity for success.
• Vendor Application Fees are non-refundable.
• Once accepted, all tent/booth space fees are not refundable (unless the event is cancelled by the Huntley Park District).
