Food Vendors

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. We love to have a variety of food at our event with many long standing food vendors who have become family and room for new ones too!  Please ensure you are specific about your size, electrical and water needs. The more detail about the menu the better. Food vendors who choose to operate out of tents must ensure a 4 wall tent that can close after hours with the proper weight to ensure it is safe during windy weather. 

Your deposit will be charged upon approval. No refunds once your application is approved. Your vendor fees will be due at the end of the event. We require 20% on our food concession vendors. Insurance is required. We are a PEPSI Fair. All soda/water will need to be purchased by our provider and will be delivered to you at the event!
