Browse through our applications and select the application that applies to you.
Your payment will be immediately processed ONLY if you are approved to participate.

QUIET GENERATORS ARE PERMITTED.
Kids are required to have their own canopy/tent, chairs, tables & weights to secure canopy, which is mandatory.
PARTICIPATION
Children must be NO YOUNGER than 7 years old & NO OLDER than16 years old to participate. Children must be able to run their booth with MINIMAL adult interaction with customers.
Child must be able to perform the following:
- Must be able to answer all questions related to their product/service.
- Must be able to take payment and make change (If your young child still needs support counting back money, it is okay for the parent to assist.)
- Must handle the service of all food.
- Child must be able to package, serve & cook food(s).
If your child cannot complete these tasks with minimal help, it might be best to wait for a future date when they are able to do so.
PARENT RULES -
Please make sure all adults in your party are aware of and agree to the rules.
- Parents should not answer questions, process or take orders, handle food or money.
- You may assist your child when needed, but CANNOT engage with customers directly.
- Parents CANNOT prepare, cook or serve food.
- May assist in setting up, prepping for, and cleaning up after the event.
- Parents are required to remain on the venue premises throughout the duration of the market.
- We recommend parents bring something to keep busy with, i.e. crochet, book, crossword, etc. Removing yourself (figuratively speaking) is what makes this an incredible learning experience for your child.
- No smoking or drinking alcohol beverages at the market. If parents do not adhere to these rules, it may result in their child being ineligible to participate in future events.
Selling Rules-
- If selling food, kids must use gloves, tongs, napkins for serving.
- Cleaning up/breaking down the booth is NOT allowed until the event time is finished. If sold out, post a “sold out” sign and enjoy the market. Packing and leaving early disrupts the event and does not offer the participants/shoppers the best experience.
- Yelling to attract customers is not allowed.
- Your booth space must be left clean, please toss out your own trash in the trash cans throughout the venue.
Check-in
- All approved & paid participants / parents will be allowed to drive up to their spot, unload (not set-up) and then move their vehicle to the parking lot.
- All children must check-in prior to setting up.
- Booths are not pre-assigned and it is not an option to choose your space.
Products/Services – Allowed
- Kids must only sell products/services they have created/developed.
- No reselling store-bought items. (Using store bought items to create something new is okay. IE: Buying charms and making jewelry with it.)
- Kids can sell almost anything that is handmade, food, games, or services.
- Kids may sell different products and services in the same booth.
Guidelines for selling food and drinks:
- All homemade food must be individually wrapped/packaged.
- No reselling of store bought items.
- No foods allowed that require heating or refrigeration.
- Drinks/Juices must be made using drink mixes/powders, no fresh fruit ingredients.
- Individual Ingredient labels must be affixed to each package w/ name & email listed (avoid using peanuts if at all possible).
Products/Services – NOT Allowed
- No services involving live animals/pets.
- No kids selling products/services on behalf of their parents.
- No weapons.
